This cutting-edge online mapping tool highlights local-level inequality indicators, pinpointing areas in need of targeted support. Developed by the Mapineq team at the Universities of Groningen and Oxford, the tool enables policymakers to visually understand, explore and foster equal living conditions at the local level more precisely than ever before. It uses multiple data sources, including geo-located socioeconomic, environmental, infrastructure and health indicators from governmental, commercial and unconventional channels, to provide a comprehensive view of inequality.
