(Allianz-Nachwuchspreis für Demografie)
  Um junge Wissenschaftler/innen im Fachgebiet der Demografie zu fördern, lobt die Allianz in Zusammenarbeit mit der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Demographie (DGD) auch im Jahr 2017 einen Preis für herausragende Arbeiten aus, die einen Bezug zu demografischen Fragestellungen aufweisen. Das von der Allianz gestiftete Preisgeld beträgt insgesamt 6.000 €. Insgesamt werden vier Preise im Wert von je 1.500 € vergeben. Die Preisverleihung erfolgt im Rahmen des Berliner Allianz-Forums im Februar 2018.  [...]

Contribution to the book "Public Social Science"
In the newly published book Öffentliche Gesellschaftswissen (Public Social Science) by Stefan Selke and Annette Treibel, several members of the Population Europe Secretariat collaborated on a chapter to share the best-practice experiences of Population Europe as a demographic research network.
